There are so many things funny about summer school. I don’t even know where to start. I am not a morning person. Really. If the day could start sometime after 10 am, I would be so much happier. However, in order to complete Anatomy, Physiology and the respective labs that come with those classes, I ended up enrolled in an 8:00 am Physiology class. I spent at least 2 weeks after enrolling trying to decide if I could even learn anything at 8 am, and if so, what the grade would be.
My parents, sister and brother all had the exact same reaction when I told them. Loud laughter. That really boosted my confidence.
I somehow survived 6 weeks of 8 am Physiology and managed to get an “A” in the process. Evidently, you can learn things through osmosis. Who knew?
