First test right around the corner

My first Chemistry test is Wednesday. That's right after only 2 full weeks of class, I have my first test. I haven't been this worried about a test since, well, earlier this summer when I had 3 Anatomy tests in 1 week.

Here's why I'm worried. We get a cheat sheet. Normally, that would be awesome, but I have not had good experiences with cheat sheets and science tests. During my previous college experience, I took biology--cause I had to. (Works out well for me now. More on that later.) For my first biology test the professor told us we could have one 8.5 x 11 handwritten paper, front and back with notes. I took the test, cheat sheet in hand, and walked out thinking everything went pretty well.

At the next class, I was shocked, shocked I tell you to find out I received a 78%. The professor then announced that the average test grade for the class was a little lower than he liked. By a "little lower" he meant the average score was 58%. Yes, you read that correctly--58%. So, I'm thinking I may have set the curve for that bad boy.

So, this is why I am leery of cheat sheets. Nonetheless, I shall prepare one, and hope for the best--or at least a really good curve.
